30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for the same or another product of equal or lesser value, whichever you prefer. To ensure that you receive the correct product for your pet, please be sure to accurately measure your pet and order the correct size.

For your convenience, we offer a free guide on how to accurately measure your pet, which can be found on the main menu at the top of the website. Also, we provide you with a printable yardstick you can use to make your measurements, which can be found if you scroll down to the bottom of any page on our site.
Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Food, treats, supplements, and personal-use pet items (like grooming tools or beds) must be unopened and sealed.

Personalized, custom, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or in-store credit at no extra cost, whichever you prefer.
How to Initiate a Return
